1. Pre Vacuum- Your carpet cleaner will use a commercial-grade HEPA vacuum to remove dry, gritty soil from your carpets and area rugs.
2. Pre Condition-Your carpet  cleaner will do a high-powered pre-conditioning of carpets to loosen soil and remove spots
3. Agitation of Carpet- Next, the tech will groom the carpet to lift and separate matted fibers so that pre-conditioning agents are distributed evenly throughout your carpets.
