How do we do this?

Step 1. Pre-inspection
We
will perform a walk through inspection of your home or business with you
to identify soiling condition, carpet construction and any potential
permanent stains.
Step 2. Agitation
We will
agitate the carpet prior to vacuuming the floors. This allows us to
separate the carpet fibers for maximum dry soil removal. More than 85
percent of soiling in carpets are insoluble which means the soiling
cannot be remove with cleaning agents or solvents. This soiling is what
causes the carpet to ugly out in those high traffic areas.
Step 3. Pre-vacuum
Your carpet is pre-vacuumed with
our high powered commercial hepa vacuum system to remove soiling down to
.03 micron. industry standards recommend a through pre-vacuuming prior
to any carpet cleaning. If you choose to go with a cleaning company that
does not vacuum, you can assume that he is leaving 85 percent more
soiling than a cleaner who is.
Step 4. Furniture moving
Sofas, chairs and tables will be carefully moved. Larger items such as
heavy beds, china cabinets and fragile items are left in place.
Furniture will be protected from the freshly cleaned carpet by
installing disposable pad and blocks. These items protect from Furniture
stains and rust.
Step 5. Pre-spray, Pre-spot
Traffic areas and spots are pre-treated with special preconditions
agents chosen especially for the construction and soiling condition of
your carpets. The reason this is important is if your carpet is made out
of wool fiber you don’t want to use a product for nylon. To get maximum
soil and stain removal the cleaning agent must match the carpet fiber to

Step 6: Pre-groom
Your
carpet will be pre-groomed with a specially designed carpet groomer or

Step 7: Extract and Rinse
Our

Step 8: Neutralize

Step 9: Post spot treatment
If any spots are not
removed during the regular cleaning process, advanced spotting solutions
and techniques will be employed.

bonneting process. Ask your technician whether he advises this process
or not. Dry bonneting will help assists in faster drying times and
prevents wicking on some carpets. Wicking is when a stain reappears
after the carpet dries. Usually with in 24 to 48 hours
Step 11: Speed drying
High velocity air movers are placed on the carpet to speed dry
carpet. The amount of time your carpet takes to dry depends on soil
condition, carpet construction, and ventilation. Most carpet cleaning
takes 1 hour or less.
Step 12: Post grooming
After the carpet is cleaned we set the carpet pile in one direction for
fast drying, effective distribution of carpet protectors, and an even
higher level of visual appeal.
